It’s late… usually my bedtime. But I promised I would post every day. So in an attempt to be impeccable with my word, and honoring the comitment I made not only to you my reader but to myself.
It’s so easy to fall into negative patterns. I followed through with a 30 day detox in February, then spent March eating poorly. A week into another round I fell off the wagon again… it’s like my mind is on auto pilot to go straight to the negative. It doesn’t help when some of the people closest to you focus on the dark side too.
Here’s to focusing on the sunny side!
